HELP. Last week, I checked out the subscription options here. My intent was to select FREE. Apparently a mistake was made, or it defaulted to a different choice. Next thing, I get an email alert that I had spent $200 on my credit card. I have been unable to correct it until it changes from PENDING. I am not in a position to spend $200! Can we resolve it on your end?
